[Reproduce Steps]
1. Launch Apps -> Web Apps/Dev Web Apps
2. Navigating to the third row

real TV doesn't have this problem

It sounds like a simulator-specific issue because you are not running in a full 1920x1080 screen. Assign to Joseph to fix.

The screen is simulator preset 1920x1080 resolution
