The first error:

Is fixed already, and will be in tomorrow's nightly (see bug 1243682)

I can reproduce on a fx-team build from today too, and I see the following error in the console:

This is a problem with the gcli screenshot command code.

After investigating more, I found out that the screenshot was being taken anyway. The screenshot was in my download folder as expected.
So it looks like the command isn't broken after all, but we do have this error in the logs that's annoying (comment 2).
After searching bugzilla, I found a few bugs that mention the same error, none of them being fixed:
bug 1206501, bug 1011304, bug 1122458
We do have a somewhat related problem with the screenshot command though: it doesn't always give feedback that the screenshot has been taken. For instance on windows, if I don't have the download button in my browser toolbar, then nothing happens when I click on the screenshot button in the toolbox.
If I use the gcli command instead, then at least a preview of the screenshot is shown.
(In that case however, if I click on the preview, then I get another error:
NS_ERROR_FILE_UNRECOGNIZED_PATH: Component returned failure code: 0x80520001 (NS_ERROR_FILE_UNRECOGNIZED_PATH) [nsILocalFile.initWithPath]
I'll file this separately: bug 1244079).
Fixing the feedback problem is being tracked in bug 1243525.
