The video is squished horizontally and off-center. See the attached screenshot.

I bisected this regression to the following Nightly 44 pushlog, which points to bug 1222201:

This bug has been fixed in 45 (Beta) and later. The bug only affects FF 44.

Dupe of bug 1237809. Unfortunately beta uplift had been denied so the bug exists in 44
