Now that we have the UI (about:checkerboard) in place, we can turn this back on in Nightly and start asking people for their most severe reports. Based on telemetry data if a severity is larger than 10000 it's in the top half of the severities and so we should try to at least figure out the general bucket of causes it falls into.
