We should change the "Firefox Health Report" title and summary to better reflect unified telemetry, specifically the opt-out preference. Finkle, who would be the best person to come up with the text here?

Desktop still says "Firefox Health Report". (Though the "learn more" links are no longer relevant.)
Yeah, I'd wait for Desktop to make some changes here.

Since the change from health report to unified telemetry is essentially an implementation detail, Georg mentioned that on desktop this is still called health report. As such, this is really a mobile product decision. However, it's worth noting that it links to about:healthreport so this depends on the results of bug 1244311.
