+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1244670 +++ Hey Folks, it seems you haven't fixed some of the strings for productization, the following are missing: mail.addr_book.mapit_url.1.format mail.addr_book.mapit_url.1.name mail.addr_book.mapit_url.2.format mail.addr_book.mapit_url.2.name Can you make sure to fix this until Thunderbird 45 is released? This bascially means in the next ~20 days since we need time to build the releases.
Hello! Where are these strings?
These are related to a new mapping feature in Thunderbird, see bug 531285. If you are unsure how to translate them, what you can do is just decide to keep the en-US strings. Other common translations are using the localized version of Google (e.g. google.de instead of google.com), or using the brand writing as the company does it (unrelated example, but Google Calendar (en-US) vs Google Agenda (fr)). The strings are from: http://mxr.mozilla.org/comm-beta/source/mail/locales/en-US/chrome/messenger-region/region.properties mail.addr_book.mapit_url.1.name=Google Maps mail.addr_book.mapit_url.1.format=http://maps.google.com/maps?q=@A1%20@A2%20@CI%20@ST%20@ZI%20@CO mail.addr_book.mapit_url.2.name=OpenStreetMap mail.addr_book.mapit_url.2.format=http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/search.php?polygon=1&q=@A1%2C@A2%2C@CI%2C@ST%2C@ZI%2C@CO Your partially translate version of that file is at: http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n/mozilla-beta/ro/file/tip/mail/chrome/messenger-region/region.properties
So, for Romania: - Google Maps - Google.ro (default search engine) - Google Calendar Also where in https://mozilla.locamotion.org/ro/thunderbird/ finding these strings ?
These strings are not available on locamotion because they are productization changes. I'll use Google Maps and maps.google.ro as suggested.

Please don't forget to request sign-off for Thunderbird on beta for this to be included. I suspect this will be part of beta 3 unless you have time to request sign-off until tomorrow, but don't worry, it is not a problem to have this in b3.
