See https://leeroy.mocotoolsstaging.net/job/socorro-master/121/console for example. cffi was added very recently to requirements.txt https://github.com/mozilla/socorro/blob/dceba3ff5f4d6785474e652d180edcbe1aaffd0d/requirements.txt#L214 This is preventing us from deploying to stage.
