this failure has greatly increased in the last week all on debug builds, but many platforms, primarily on linux though. :froydnj, I see you are the triage owner for XPCom, can you help find the right component and/or people to look into this high frequency intermittent failure?

Looks like a QuotaManager shutdown issue...though LazyIdleThread::Shutdown looks like it's getting re-entered, which is a bit unexpected. Jan, which bit do you think needs to be fixed here: QuotaManager, LazyIdleThread, or both?:janv
