Open Style Editor (Shift+F7), dock devtools toolbox to the bottom side of window 3. Scroll all text in Style Editor to the bottom (try not to hit hang in bug 1240338) 4. Resize devtools a bit to the top, so that a part of the first visible selector was clipped 5. Huh, this is not perfect screencast, because it looks like on the second attempt I didn't get highlight. That's not true. This bug is 100% reproducible (and looks very strange for the 1st time)
