resurrect facebook share button on data privacy day page

Facebook seems to now be correctly scraping the new data privacy day page [1]. As far as I know, nothing changed on our end, so guessing something was fixed/adjusted on the Facebook side.
(Would be nice to know exactly why this started working, but will save that research for another day.)
Will file a PR to re-add the FB share button to the data privacy day thank you page [2].
