Steps to reproduce:
1. Open http://eventdots.jp/event/580343
2. Open Inspector
3. Select body tag
4. Select Fonts
---- observe, header is pushed out
5. Select Rules
---- observe, header is still pushed out
6. Attempt to select Fonts/Box Model etc
---- observe, unable to select them
Actual Results:
header is pushed out
Expected Results:
header should not be pushed out, all header should visible.
