Linux build 2002 02 08 21 steps to reproduce: - Drag a bookmark in the sidebar or the bookmark manager. - mouse over an already open folder current behavior: folder is highlighted expected: folder should not be 'droppable', because if you drop the bookmark in it, the bookmark will be appended at the end of the folder list. Folders should highlight only when closed.

Marking it wontfix (I am the reporter) afaik, hovering on a container with only two areas AFTER and BEFORE is not implemented and it is not worth.
