In mozregression-gui when you're in the bisection wizard and click on the 'browse' button besides the profile field, it opens a dialog in which you can choose a profile folder to use.

In that folder selection dialog the profiles folder should already be preselected.

Of course this depends on the selected application and whether that application is installed on the system or not.

(I just tested on Windows, so I'm not sure whether this also applies to the Linux version.)
