What feature should be changed? Please provide the URL of the feature if possible.

When you open MDN you have anotification in  the upper part of the page with the survey:
"We want to help developers like you. Tell us about how you work: http://qsurvey.mozilla.com/s3/Developer-Audience-Survey-V2/?s=mdn"

If you click on the survey it will be loaded in the same tab - overriding MDN. At the end of the survey there is not back button to return to MDN nor to load anything from mozilla. 

What problems would this solve?

We will still keep users on MDN

All users that take the survey

What would users see?

A back button or a new tab depending on the implementation. 

What would users do? What would happen as a result?

They will consult the initial pages or more content of MDN.

Curious if this was a error in this specific survey or an issue with the code (not opening a new window/tab)?
