On this page, when the image banners are hovered over, the color of the border changes to the color of the text instead of the color of the link pseudoclass (:link,:visited,:hover) even though they start with a link or visited border color. 2002020603/WXP

This is a simplified testcase. (I'm not sure that the :hover rule is actually needed, but I suspect it is since it's in my user stylesheet and it's probably needed to trigger a ReResolve.) When hovering over the image in this testcase, the border color changes from blue to black, which is incorrect. This is probably related to incorrect reresolution of style.
