Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to https://support.allizom.org/en-US/questions/new?&mobile=1
2. Click on 'Search' icon in top bar.
3. Now try to click on 'Menu' icon beside search field with out closing the search field.



Actual results:

Menu bar is not opened and unable to view options under menu until closing the search field.


Expected results:

Menu bar should be opened and able to view options under menu even the search field is in place.
