Steps to reproduce:
Fortunately, Slimjet caught the fake URL address and exposed the .br behind it. Then I knew for sure it was not real and rejected it. Slimjet also took information to open a scam report against the originator. Meanwhile I had to struggle with finding a way to file this bug report. I've been down this road before, so had the right URL in file in Slimjet's QuickFill entries. Some things that Slimjety does that Firefoc is not quite up to doing, which is why it is my default browser.
Actual results:
Nothing to me, thank goodness.
Expected results:
Shown mw why it was a scam. At the very lease, shown the actual evidence that it was not from whom it claimed it was in the respective areas in the email, in BOLD LETTERS. Maybe open its own attempted scam report as well, in case I simply chose to ignore it and delete it without trying to report it.
I can't attach an email directly as a file without a struggle, so I will bring it up, take a screenshot, and include the snapshot in this filing, and give you something else to consider about how shabbily you treat Thunderbird when compared to your emphasis and focus on Firefox, which is now 2nd or 3rd rate. You are losing ground to the BLink family of browsers. The actual version is Linux 38.5.1
