b2g-inbound is not maintained anymore. We can deleted the jobs that are running against this branch. If a job currently only runs on b2g-inbound, it'll be moved to mozilla-inbound.

There were 6 "UI" jobs running against b2g-inbound:
* brick + brick.bitbar
* sanity
* smoke
* unit + unit.bitbar

I migrated smoke and both "units" to mozilla-inbound. The others were delete. I also deleted the download jobs that weren't used anymore. I left flame-kk.b2g-inbound.download.tc, so perf jobs are still running. Eli, feel free to delete this jobs once you don't need it anymore.

Lucky you, just last week I went through and cleaned up all the old perf jobs that weren't being used, and also moved all the perf jobs to mozilla-central. I'll go ahead and delete the b2g-inbound job since we aren't using it.
