Using Iceweasel 39.0.3 on Debian. When a <input> have focus and i press Ctrl+Shift+A nothing happens. Then if i enable Caps Lock and press Ctrl+Shift+A strangely the addons managed does open. The addons manager also opens if a <input> does not have focus. When i press Ctrl+Shift+A in <textarea>, it selects all the text inside <textarea>, but does not open the addons manager. Pressing Ctrl+Shift+A when a <input> have focus does not select all the text.
