1246683 - Remove "mach try is under development" message

It isn't really under development, and it's been enabled for quite a long time now. It seems to work just fine. The message likely just scares people away who think it isn't stable.

We get a lot of useful bug reports due to this message, and I'm still fixing them as time permits.

Maybe we can get something like this printed if the command results in an exception, or just re-word it to be something like "Thank you for using |./mach try|. Please file bugs and feature requests blocking bug 1149670."
