The 'FlashStopper' add-on does not work with nightly's e10s feature enabled. It works fine in Firefox 43.0.4. I have used proactive blocking by this add-on. Still doesn't stop youtube and other video streaming sites from auto-playing.

With Firefox 57 only WebExtensions are permitted and are, by default, e10s compatible.
