As part of bug 1236464 we need to report the add-on version to the server so that we can do regression analysis & other monitoring of how different add-on versions affect usage. This bug is for the Loop add-on work.

Comment on attachment 8717893 [details] [review] [loop] Standard8:bug-1246934-ver > mozilla:master This works alongside the other bugs in this series to push the add-on version to the server. I've included a test as well. Note, bug 1246938 has landed in fx-team only at the moment.
