Bug 1197201 removed the gfx.vsync.hw-vsync.enabled pref, but traces of it remain in the tree, see http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/search?string=gfx.vsync.hw-vsync.enabled&filter=[Gg]fx.vsync.hw-vsync.enabled

Those traces should be removed.
