1. Navigated to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/-webkit-tap-highlight-color
2. Scrolled down and saw error text instead of documentation
What happened?

Below the summary, some text reads "The text reads "Value not found in DB!"
Also within the Syntax section, it reads "Syntax not found in DB!"
What should have happened?

I expected the usage documentation, etc to be displayed.
Is there anything else we should know?
