On Windows, only when in non-e10s mode, the checkbox of the "Optional Offer" at https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ cannot be "unchecked". It appears that script events are firing, but checkout appearance is not changing. They're probably changing background-position on an input element, which I broke in bug 1201327.
