ssl_gtests are currently failing on Fedora systems that revert lib/freebl/ecl/ecl-curve.h and set NSS_ECC_MORE_THAN_SUITE_B=1.

ssl_gtests succeed with the current ecl-curve.h and NSS_ECC_MORE_THAN_SUITE_B=0, as well as with the old ecl-curve.h and NSS_ECC_MORE_THAN_SUITE_B=1.
