I apologize, I'm really not sure of the component for this one.

When doing a sidebar search, the results panes have various columns - Name, Page
Ranking, Internet Site, etc. Resizing columns have odd effects - sometimes it
will resize an entirely different column, sometimes it will work correctly (one
column expands and one column shrinks) and sometimes it resizes all the columns
depending on which one you try to change. Mail-News used to have this problem
but had since been fixed. Not sure, maybe a dupe of bug 95872?

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open sidebar search tab, search for something.
2. When results pane comes up in main window, try to resize different columns

Expected Result:
One column expands, one shrinks when resizing the column "splitter"

Actual Results:
Depending on which splitter you move, it will either work correctly, move the
splitter for another column, or resize all the columns.

I also see this in the Bookmark Manager (just resizing all the columns at once)
so I don't expect it's just related to search, so maybe an outliner or tree
issue or something?
Still seeing in 2002031503
This is on linux too. Setting OS->all
OS: Windows XP → All
