We currently have no idea how often the proxy code for tunneling TURN TCP through HTTP proxies is being used, succeeds and/or fails. We should add a Telemetry probe to get an idea how important and troublesome that code is for our users.

Apparently we can't use Telemetry from within PeerConnectionMedia without making some unit test explode at link time :-( Although that would have given us only insight into setting HTTP proxies. I guess the better solution is to add accounting logic into nr_proxy and read that from PeerConnectionImpl together with some other stats.
