i lauch mozilla (a fresh copy or with the quick launcher), then i try to
minimize the browser window (NOT mail/news, composer, etc.): the window pops up
immediately. so i can't minimize it. but when i press the 'desktop' icon (not
sure about that, 'Bureau' on a french edition of windows, that's the button for
clearing the desktop by minizing everything), then i can minimize the browser
window in a normal manner.
so i have to click this 'desktop' button each time after opening a new browser
window, else i can't minimize it.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open a new mozilla browser window
2.minimize it

Actual Results:  the window appeared immediately.

Expected Results:  huh ! the window should stay minimized on the taskbar !

this problem occurs only with the new build (mozilla 0.9.8)
with 0.9.7 there was no problem.

plug ins: jre 1_3_1 and flash 5
