Please remove the following root certificate from NSS:

CN = CA Disig
SHA1 Fingerprint: 2A:C8:D5:8B:57:CE:BF:2F:49:AF:F2:FC:76:8F:51:14:62:90:7A:41
Trust Bits Enabled: Websites, Email, Code
Valid To: March 21, 2016

I have exchanged email with the CA, who has agreed that this root certificate may be removed.
Note: This root was not enabled for EV treatment.
Depends on: 1247990
The test build is available here:
https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/try-builds/kaie@kuix.de-4897de4acb25ddb71d521adb05b86667c000aed7/

I have confirmed the removal of the root certificate listed above.

The CA is also welcome to test with FirefoxDeveloperEdition.app by following the procedure described here: https://wiki.mozilla.org/CA:How_to_apply#Testing_Inclusion
