Details

In Bug 1171566, we added an in-tree Maven repository to house a custom spoon-gradle-plugin dependency.  It's no longer necessary, so let's remove it.  We can take the upstream dependency and simplify our lives.

If we need the in-tree Maven repository again, it's easy to revive.
