Description:
If the user is in the callscreen and opens and closes the notification center/tray then the status bar will disappear for a second.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20160212114105
2) Open Phone
3) Make a phone call
4) Open notification tray and close it
5) Observe status bar

Actual:
The status bar disappears for a moment.

Expected:
It is expected that the status bar doesnt disappear.

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.6 and Aries 2.5.
