This bug looks like bug 1237823. Could you please tell me your display size?
If you can test, Could you try to change the simulator size(like '720 HD Television').
Thanks.
Component: Gaia::TV → Simulator

I found this issue when setting display size to "1080p Full HD Television"(1920x1080).
And this issue is also observed when display size is "720 HD Television"(1280x720).
Thanks.

Thanks cindy.
I tried to my environment. This phenomenon occurred on VM environment only.
I can't reproduce on Dell XPS machine.
I have a additional question about your environment.
1) Could you copy the about:support description, and Could you please attach to this bug?
(See SUMO page for detail[1])
2) Did you change the preference?
e.g. changed the layers.acceleration.force-enabled to true.
