Android 6 latest update on a Nexus 5, latest TalkBack:

1. Open a web page. I used any article from http://www.heise.de/newsticker, but you can also use any help/support page for Firefox for Android itself.
2. After the page loads, tap on or near the main heading, then start swiping right and let TalkBack read each item.
3. As soon as a swipe to the right causes the page to start scrolling to show the new item, you hear the ascending tone that indicates a scrolling is in progress.

Expected: TalkBack should now also read the new text.
Actual: TalkBack starts reading the text, but is interrupted the moment the scrolling sound is heard.

Am not observing this in lists such as the long ist of Settings.

Approval Request Comment
[Feature/regressing bug #]: Modernization of Android accessibility support done for Firefox 43 initially.
[User impact if declined]: TalkBack users won't hear new text as they swipe through a page and it starts to scroll.
[Describe test coverage new/current, TreeHerder]: Landed on Central, tested manually in 2016-04-04 48.0a1 Nightly.
[Risks and why]: Low risk, keeping a previous utterance when appropriate.
[String/UUID change made/needed]: None.

Tracking, sounds like a possible regression from 43.

Release Note Request (optional, but appreciated)
[Why is this notable]: Seems like a possibly notable fix
[Suggested wording]: Text to speech function in TalkBack now works while users swipe right
[Links (documentation, blog post, etc)]:

What do you think, do you want this in release notes?
If you do, and you have a suggestion to improve the wording, please let me know.

What about: TalkBack speech does not get interrupted when content is scrolled.
