User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.10; rv:44.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/44.0 Build ID: 20160210153822 Steps to reproduce: Bookmark Bar link for years (javascript:(function()%7Bvar%20w=window;%20var%20popup;%20var%20clickURL=(self.clickURL)?self.clickURL:location.href;%20var%20clickTitle=(self.clickTitle)?self.clickTitle:document.title;%20void(popup%20=%20open('http://www.emailthis.clickability.com/et/emailThis?clickMap=createBB&url='+escape(clickURL)+'&title='+escape(clickTitle)+'&random='+Math.random(),'click','height=450,width=510,title=no,location=no,scrollbars=yes,menubars=no,toolbars=no,resizable=yes'));%20w.setTimeout(function()%7Bpopup.focus();%7D,250)%7D)();). Used to remember who I was from previous launch. Now needs to be told every time FF starts anew. Problem began with Firefox 37 or so. Actual results: I start FF, want to send a link. Open EMAILTHIS. Have to login. Click "Log me in every time without asking for a password." Quit FF, re-open FF, open EMAIL THIS, have to login Expected results: It should (I guess) have a cookie that remembers my login information so that I do not have to log in anew every session.

It works for me in the latest nightly and Firefox release both on windows-10 and mac 10.11. It kept me logged in after session restore.

Considering the fact that I cannot reproduce this and the fact that the reporter did not answered to my request until now, I will mark this as Resolved-Worksforme. If anyone can still reproduce it, feel free to reopen the issue and provide more information. Thanks

I created a second profile and tested all three anomalous problems (FB login not being remembered, EMAILTHIS not retaining login, and Facebook itself not remembering Firefox as an OK login). It now remembers the Facebook and EMAILTHIS logins, but EMAIL THIS can't connect to the address book that it uses in Safari and Chrome. I noticed that, after I upgraded to 45.0.1, it did seem to remember the FB login, though. Facebook still does not recognize a login from FF as being OK. I have to reassure it every time from another browser or my email address. I think I'll go back to the old profile so that I have the address book. When I have to manually sign in it knows what goes in the two boxes if I just put in the first alphabet in the first text box.
