Actual results:

The regular about:config page loaded.


Expected results:

The page should have loaded with the search string filled out with the value dom.ipc.processCount

No, the anchor will more convenient (input for manual), so it's not a fully duplication. Please consider implementing it, or WONTFIX if it has a fundamental problem.
