"No Connection" error when logging into account locally. 

Tested: 
"I am able to sign in to accounts.firefox.com, navigate to other websites, sign in to Pocket, etc. all without incident."

about:accounts is actually a wrapper for accounts.firefox.com - which the reporter says he can reach - so I've no idea what this problem is all about :(
Rachel, is it possible to get a more detailed set of Steps to Reproduce from this person?
