Reports for WebaapRuntime appear to be missing data for WebappRuntime; both the daily installs graph and accompanying reports are empty:

the webapp runtimes are deprecated, we should phase them out, just like we are working to phase out the "Fennec" product as well.

The real bug here is, how do we avoid adding more of these to releases (which feeds the drop-down).
I thought I had a crontabber fix for this but apparently I don't :( 
Need to go back to the drawing board on this.

We did manage to figure out (in some other bug) how to stop putting WebappRuntime into product_versions. We still get Fennec but that's another story.

Bumping to verified fixed. Verified on stage and prod, WebAppRuntime is no longer present.
