User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:47.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/47.0
Build ID: 20160216030245

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start Aurora or Nightly
2. Resize window width to about 1280px
3. Open devtools > Memory
4. Switch view to "Dominators"
5. Run "Take snapshot"
6. Select the first row
7. Hold down the right arrow key until horizontal scrollbar is displayed

Actual results:

Column width will be narrowed by rows when horizontal scrollbar appears.

Expected results:

Column width should not be changed by rows when horizontal scrollbar appears. And also fit to column headers.
Has STR: --- → yes
