1. Type "example.org" in urlbar, press Enter.
2. Type "example.com" in urlbar, press Alt+Enter.
3. Focus location bar, press Alt+Down or F4 to open dropdown history
4. Press Escape
5. Press Escape

AR:
 After Step 4 dropdown history closes, and urlbar gets cleared.
 After Step 5 urlbar displays "example.com"

ER:  
 After Step 4 dropdown history should close,
 but also urlbar value should be equal to url of current tab ("example.com")
