1. Create new profile, launch it
2. Click Australis Menu button (≡) -> Customize
3. Click "Themes" button
4. Hover mouse over any dark  lwtheme displayed right above Tour tooltip
5. Hover mouse over any other lwtheme displayed right above Tour tooltip

AR:
 Step 4:     Icons blink from black to white and back
 Step 4 & 5: Hovered theme is not applied.

ER:
 Hovered theme should be applied. This if first-run experience.
