User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.11; rv:46.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/46.0
Build ID: 20160218004005
Steps to reproduce:
go to medium.com with FirefoxDevelopperEdition 46.0a2 (2016-02-18)
Actual results:
Page will load for ever without showing/rendering the web page
Expected results:
medium.com (landing page and all other pages) should work.
I tested with Nightly, no issue.
Could you test:
1) in safe mode
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode
2) with a fresh profile:

It's working! medium.com is loaded!
Could you please tell me What should I do next to isolate the issue?

You can use the feature "Forget this website" to remove all data about medium.com:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/delete-browsing-search-download-history-firefox#w_how-do-i-remove-a-single-website-from-my-history
NB: if you have a stored username/password for this website, it will be deleted too, so save it before using the feature.
In addition, remove the browser cache.

Thanks a lot Loic for your support. It is now working without doing any of this.
Sorry if it was not clear, but I was more interested by helping investigate than solving my issue or finding a workaround.
But since I didn't change anything from the last time (FF was updated to 46.0a2 (2016-02-22))I suppose the investigation is not needed anymore.
Thanks a log again!
