I'm not really sure this is an evangelism issue, but it doesn't look like a
browser bug, so I'll make this UNCO.

To reproduce:
1. visit the ally mcbeal website
2. click on the episode guide link

The episode guide is expanded as soon as the page loads, and stays that way,
hiding page content.
I can confirm this, but I am not sure about the component, either.
2002021303 trunk for MacOS9.x

The JS in the frame; 
 http://www.allymcbeal.com/theshow/episode_current.htm ;
may not be coded prperly to capture the mouse out event.

The functions called in the script is defined in:
 http://www.allymcbeal.com/dynlayer.js .

The script seems to care about ns5.
