I'm using TB on a MacBook Pro. In the office I attach an external monitor as the primary screen via display port to the MacBook, and the screen of the MacBook stays on as a secondary screen. Since the update to 45 TB is mostly unusable on the external main screen. STR: - I have TB running already when no external monitor is attached - attach an external monitor - drag and drop the running TB from the internal monitor to the external monitor - look at the attached screen shots Once TB is on the external monitor the rendering happens in 1/3 or 1/4 of the actual TB windows upper left corner. So everything is in a tiny, unreadable font. As you can see in the attached screen shot only that small area in the upper left corner updates gets rendering updates (I clicked on a different mail), but the areas outside of the small area don't get any render updates any more. To make matters worse the mouse clicks still have to happen on the whole TB window. So to change to the other email I had to click in the bigger screen area without knowing exactly what I'll click on.

Forgot to mention a couple more points: - trying to hide, minimize or any other activities which should trigger a rerendering don't fix the issue - moving the TB window back to the build in MacBook monitor, gets me a normal window on that screen - quitting and restarting TB on the external monitor fixes the issue - my external monitor has a different resolution, then the build in retina screen of the MacBook

getting a one day regression range would be an outstanding step toward resolving this.
