The current Open & Fill action lacks discoverability under a long press gesture.

Although client-side metrics could prove otherwise, I am assuming that in this view Open & Fill is the primary action.

Because the Delete button also exists in the edit view, I'm proposing that we replace Delete with Open & Fill.

This is a common pattern for a record to include an option to Delete in this position. It's not immediately obvious that a delete option would be available by entering edit view. It would be odd to have "Open and Fill" and "Delete" in the same position. Yes, metrics would give us a better idea otherwise, but for now I say keep as-is.
