We should enable IPv6 by default on FreeBSD.
In FreeBSD, IPv6 is supported from 4.0-RELEASE.

Attached patch Proposed patchSplinter Review
I received this patch from Munechika Sumikawa.
Patch checked into the tip and client branch of NSPR.

I suggested to the patch submitter that he should use
getipnodebyname() instead of gethostbyname2(). He is
using gethostbyname2() because getipnodebyname() will
be removed in a future FreeBSD release.
