Should "download link" on https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/45.0beta/releasenotes point to betas like http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/all-beta.html ? Currently it points to https://www.mozilla.org/thunderbird/ FWIW, Firefox actually is similar.
