Might be related to the SSL expiration which occurred earlier this week: bug 1249272
None of the recent commits on at least mozilla-inbound and fx-team has been added to the related bugs by pulsebot.

It's not directly related to the SSL expiration, but pulsebot apparently got its connection reset by the pulse server and wasn't able to get back on its feet from that. Restarted it, and making it comment the missed changesets.

Actually, it looks like it has more problems with the irc server than with pulse.
