Build ID: 2002 02 08 03. Windows 2000.
I see no pop-up menus at all, but the JavaScript console says:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Error: uncaught exception: [Exception... "Failure" nsresult: "0x80004005
(NS_ERROR_FAILURE)" location: "JS frame ::
http://www.world-direct.com/hm/HM_ScriptDOM.js :: HM_f_MakeMenu :: line 360"
data: no]

This error message is possibly related to bug 124354

Please try again with a recent build.
There was some kind of regression causing this, but should work now.
