Current Marketplace FTE need to polish to fit real tv.

1. Add "Learn how to use" on FTE step 1 (spec p37). L10n request will be sent to partner. UX spec updated: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B4dMhI4hp32OWllCWHBkQXlnbFE 
2. Polish the design so user would not confuse between tutorial and real screen. (UX spec p37-39)
